pktk2 Terms and Conditions

1 Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the pktk2 platform ("Platform") and all its services. By browsing the pktk2.cam website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using the services in any way, you are considered to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

4 Payment Policy

The following terms apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on pktk2:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount per method is ৳100.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum amount per withdrawal request is ৳500.
• Withdrawal time: Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.
• Account verification is required at the time of withdrawal.
• The source of a deposit and the destination of a withdrawal must be the same.

pktk2 reserves the right to review suspicious financial transactions. If money laundering or other illegal financial activity is suspected, pktk2 has the right to suspend the transaction or notify the relevant authorities. All deposits and withdrawals are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

5 Bonus Policy

pktk2 offers various types of bonuses and promotions. The following terms apply to claiming and using these bonuses:

• Welcome bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, you must complete a betting turnover of 10 times the total (deposit + bonus) amount.
• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period, minimum odds and other conditions.
• The same person or household is eligible for only one welcome bonus.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the turnover requirement is met.
• pktk2 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
• Under the VIP programme, weekly cashback is up to 0.3% at Bronze level, 0.5% at Silver level and 0.8% at Gold level.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply strictly to all betting and gaming activities on pktk2:

• All bets are recorded according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the bet will be considered void.
• Betting with multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Casino games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to ensure fair play.

For sports betting, opportunities are available across cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers), football (FIFA World Cup and others), kabaddi and more. The specific betting rules for each sport are available on our platform.

7 What Is Strictly Prohibited

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pktk2 platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Registering with a false identity or using another person's details.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system or participating in bonus arbitrage.
• Using software, bots or automated tools to gain a gaming advantage.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Disrupting the security or operations of the platform.
• Making deposits using a third party's payment method or another person's mobile banking.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the prohibited activities above, pktk2 is empowered to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance and take legal action.
